An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and energetic person to become the
Manager of our TLE Lithgow business. TLE Lithgow is part of the successful MMEM Group, the largest Electrical Wholesaler in Australia. 

As Manager of TLE Lithgow you will be leading a dedicated team of four people and be responsible for all aspects of running an electrical wholesale business. We are a unique business that provides the store Manager with full autonomy. TLE Lithgow is a successful business that delivers strong returns and good bonuses to all staff as part of our lucrative profit share scheme.

Leadership Skills - As the manager you will lead and manage a team effectively. Strong
leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and develop team members are essential for success.
Business Development - The role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability and grow the business. Having a proven track record in business development and sales growth will be beneficial.
Customer & Supplier Relationships - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and suppliers is crucial. Your ability to communicate effectively and foster positive relationships will be a key to the success.
Analytical skills - Proficiency in data analysis and the use of computer systems, including
Microsoft Office, will be important for managing operations efficiently and making informed
business decisions.
Innovative Thinking - The ability to think creatively and outside the box will help you identify new opportunities for growth and stay ahead in a competitive market.
